WINTER BLUES?
VITAMIN D-3 TO THE RESCUE
With winter now in full swing, Vitamin D-3 deficiencies are greater than usual. A Vitamin D deficiency is usually the cause of THE WINTER BLUES -- Depression, Muscle Aches, Fatigue and Lethargy. I would never mention it to them, but friends my own age are so much older than I am. I ran into an old friend the other day and she has aged so much that she didn't even recognize me. The body is excreting stored toxins and many feel worse before they feel better. Taking HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup), Soy, Sugar, Starches, Processed Foods, Fast Foods/Restaurant Meals, out of the diet, often causes a few days - but only a few days - of withdrawal: headaches, thirst, cravings.
