Baby Sister, you sent me a poster of fruits and vegetables listed with their health values to use on the future blog we were planning. You went home to be with God before it came to fruition. But, I have shared it with many and even posted it on Mother's birthday blog entry. She and all the others loved it.
I have added much of my research to the poster's information. Also, I found a YOU TUBE version of the same poster, featuring a musical version of MY HEART WILL GO ON, the theme song from one of your favorite movies, TITANIC. There are even a variety of versions to choose from for repeat plays. I am sharing them with readers:
Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics, help preserve your memory, and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. The single most important dietary change for most people, including children, would be to replace fatty foods with foods rich in complex carbohydrates, such as sweet potatoes. Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
Grapefruits, Oranges , and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Pomegranate juice contains vitamin A, E, and C, as well as folic acid. Pomegranate juice has shown to be help prevent heart attacks, heart disease, and strokes.

This is hysterical. You have to try this. It is absolutely true. I guess there are some things that the brain cannot handle. You have to try this please, it takes 2 seconds. It is from an orthopedic surgeon. This will boggle your mind and it will keep you trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It's pre-programmed in your brain!
1). Without anyone watching you (they will think you are GOOFY; well, if the shoe fits....) and while sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
2). Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.
