WINTER BLUES?
VITAMIN D-3 TO THE RESCUE
With winter now in full swing, Vitamin D-3 deficiencies are greater than usual. A Vitamin D deficiency is usually the cause of THE WINTER BLUES -- Depression, Muscle Aches, Fatigue and Lethargy. I would never mention it to them, but friends my own age are so much older than I am. I ran into an old friend the other day and she has aged so much that she didn't even recognize me. BLESSING IN DISGUISE
Not everyone is finished lining up for the SWINE FLU vaccine; probably mostly because the shot has not been available. My opinion is that it is a blessing in disguise.
